Sub-Contracting and General Contracting that started within the building industry of Oahu, Hawa’ii; after an Honorable Discharge from the United States Military.

For 15 years, our main focus on the island of Oahu was mainly high-end residential remodeling in areas such as: Honolulu, Waikiki, Kahala, Aina Hina, Hawa’ii Kai and Waialua. Commercial projects were completed in locations such as: Ala Moana Mall, Windward Mall, International Marketplace and the Pualeilani Atrium Shopping center.

After Hawa’ii, there were a few years spent in Germany, where several residential new-builds and remodels were accomplished east of Berlin with a newly-learned precision. Many new and treasured building techniques were learned in Deutschland.

We have fixed a leaky faucet, we have helped build the east wing of the world’s largest open-air mall; and we’ve done just about everything in between.

Here in Colorado, we focus mainly on custom remodels; both Kitchens and Bathrooms, as these are areas where design and craftsmanship can truly shine. with that said, we will always be wide open for any endeavor, wether it be large or small.
